Where to Get Prickly Pears in ARC Raiders

Prickly Pears are a small but important part of ARC Raiders, mostly because they're needed to upgrade Scrappy the Rooster, who quietly gathers materials for you between raids. You need six of them to level him up, and as a bonus they help restore stamina during runs. They're not easy to find, though—they only spawn near cactus plants, and the drop rate is low enough that you'll usually need several raids to get what you're after ARC Raiders Boosting.

These fruits only appear on two maps—Dam Battlegrounds and Buried City—since those are the only places with the right cactus clusters. They spawn right at the base of the plants, but not every cactus produces one each time. It helps to walk slowly and scan the ground carefully, since the fruit blends into the sand and can be almost invisible on low graphics settings.

On Dam Battlegrounds, there are two reliable loops. The northern route starts left of the Power Generation Complex, close to a road intersection and an extraction point, which makes it perfect for quick hits and fast exits. The southern route is near the Research & Administration building, right under the red boundary line. It's also next to an extraction zone, so you can grab what you need and leave without crossing half the map.

Buried City is generally the better choice if you're trying to farm these quickly. The massive cactus patch on the southern edge near Old Town has the best odds per raid, and the wide-open terrain means fewer ambushes and fewer distractions. You can also swing east and northeast to check the smaller clusters near the buildings before extracting.

Running low-heat raids helps a lot since it reduces ARC spawns, letting you check cactus areas without too much trouble. If the Lush Blooms effect is active, nature loot like this tends to drop more often. Once you pick up a Prickly Pear, put it straight into a safety pocket so you don't lose it to an unlucky death. Mixing these runs with olive farming on Blue Gate also pairs nicely with Scrappy upgrades.

You'll sometimes spot a lone cactus here or there on either map. It's worth checking them on the way to your main clusters—these random singles can surprise you even if the odds are lower. It's also a good idea to avoid PvP-heavy extraction areas when possible, especially if players are contesting the same farming routes ARC Raiders Coins cheap.

Expect to spend a few raids gathering all six. Most players finish in three to six runs depending on luck. The Dam is safer and easier for newer players, while Buried City gives better yields if you're confident moving around quickly.
